L29 stands on the westbound approaching South Ruislip with track panels which have just been removed from the eastbound track down in the distance, using slightly modified GP Wagons

Highdeck Wagon No.875 part of T641 with more freshly removed track panels en route to Ruislip Depot for disposal

L16 on the rear of T641 heading to Ruislip Depot with old track panels removed from the adjacent eastbound line

T651 with L54 bringing up the rear.

L15 on the east end of T647 with new ballast ready to go down when the call comes

T646 Bufferless L52 stands at the east end of the worksite, waiting a call forward where ballast/spoil will be loaded.

The Northolt end of the worksite, all the work is currently going on at the South Ruislip End, here, the track panels has been lifted out, and thats all.

30mins later, the time has come and T646 is being loaded

In the foreground you can see a thin layer of new ballast has been laid, and compacted, and is ready to recieve the new sleepers, the ends of which will be placed on the thin white paint line.

A Philmore machine is now lifting out the new concrete sleepers 4 at a time, to be manually guided into place on the thin white paint line seen in the foreground
